Hi Boyd, I have not balanced and weight the T-28 yet. I am using an Evolution engine and have not done much work on it as my wife has gone through a series of medical problems the last three months....

That is an old 1/8 th scale Dave Platt kit before Pica purchased the right to kit them. I built two of them back in the 1970s using the Bicentennial paint scheme.

Thanks guys, Wix is free if you know how to build a web site. Larry I used the ST2500 for my first T-28 at that time around 1999 -2000 many guys were having problems with the ST2000 I can't remember...

Thanks Boyd! I tryed installing the Moki 180 but there was not enough room for the plug. I ended up buying an Evolution 26GX which has the plug angled. The full scale T-28 has the rail angled...

Larry, There is a 3/4 inch extension over the flaps. Taper the back edge after. The plans show the extension in the flap drive detail.

Larry, Thanks, I'll decide how to move the cowl flaps after the engine is installed meanwhile the nut that holds the drive rod for the flaps is tightened to the point where I can move them by hand....
