On elevator I have reduced expo on take off flap to -25% and down to -20% on full flap as I find this gives a more linear feel to the...

Your landing looked a bit on the fast side.45mm of landing Flap seems too little.Most UF pitots in the UK run about 75mm landing flap and 5-6 mm of crow,thats my set up and it is very easy to land....

I find the movements given in the manual for elevator and aileron too much.I know this is a personal preference but for thUF i use as below.

Elevator +10mm up - 11mm down (measured at tip) 50%...

With the UFi have 5mm of down elevator(measured at tip)mixed in with full flap for landing or slow fly bys.This gives a slight nose down trim which i like.No ballooning which is a nightmare to...

1mm of elevator up trim is of no worry to me i can live with that.

No way am i going to start modifying my UF by adding packing just to eliminate a small amount of up trim,end of !!!!

Rob,
Thats the whole point in using a throttle curve as master in your mix.You can mix in down elevator at just the right point in your throttle postion when the models starts to climb.

There is no point at all in using an incidence meter to check the decelage on an UF.

First you are stuck with what you have got as its a molded model,the only thing youcould do is add packing...

Just ordered a UF in colour swap (green/blue/white) to red/blue/white. Decided to paint the canopy in Tamiya poly spray Subaru met blue.I think a painted canopy will suit the sports scheme better...
