Also I found my UF did this when the oleos dipped...

Also I found my UF did this when the oleos dipped under braking even with the heavy springs. Dave's trick of wrapping the leg and spring with electrical tape to act like a damper helped.

Be sure and check your stab for delamination of the elevator hinge line. When you get into that bounce phase it's easy to have the tail touch after each time the nose touches.
