I'll bet Dougie can help you get it straightened out. "Conditions" or "Flight Modes" will eventually be your friend even on a perfectly balanced model. Like Goose said, you'll tie it to your flap...

agreed... NO crow for takeoff flap (about 20deg), and 20cm of crow with landing flap (about 40deg). Mine takes 2 sec to deploy from clean to full flap, 1 sec from clean to half
