140 hands down. You want to go fast with fuel efficiency, fly half throttle. You want to go faster push it all the way up. Always good to have more thrust if you need it.

I have the same engine with same setup. My upper duct cover also looks exactly like yours. I just used BVM Heat shield just like Dave suggested. I have had about 100 flights now without any problems....
