Tire diameter is 75mmX25mm width, with 6mm axle and swingarm that the axle goes through is about 10mm. The lugs n the electron are around 11mm gap, so they might be able to be modified very easily....

I can say without question that DOWN elevator is required with ANY flap input on this aircraft. In fact, what they recommend starting with is not enough in my experience.
