Yes one sheet did it with plenty left over.. I used a scroll saw for the cut outs. If dont have one you can buy an inexpensive coping saw
That will work as well...

Hi guys just a quick look at my set up,, I didn't use paint,, I wasn't going to use the cockpit tub so I mounted everything flat with the imitation carbon fiber material from dreamworks.
Looks nice...

Dale I blacked out my canopy using black lexan paint used for RC car bodies. For best results Spray several light coats instead of one heavy one. Ron

The clunk from Dreamworks is just a large heavy tapered brass. I still have the felt clunk so I will swap it out and give it a try. I'll let you know how it works out... thanks. Ron

Adam I'm using the heavy clunk from Dreamworks.. you think I should switch to the felt clunk. Aren't they prone to clogging? Ron.

Hi guys, got 8 flights on my flash.. loving every minute.. just a quick question every flight my uat is always a 1/4 and once 1/2 empty and I still have at least half a tank left in the main tank......
