As a maintenance check I did again the throttle end-point setting, on start-up Full throttle, plug in battery, wait for 2nd set of beeps, then idle, next set of beeps , disconnect the battery as per the manual.
The problem is now the engine start running just below middle stick ...
Can’t figure out why, and where does the problem come from.
Was working perfectly before ...T18 WC / R7008 SB / FUTABA ESC 9100 A
Does anybody experienced the same problem and fixed it ?
Is there any possibility to reset the ESC to factory ?

The receiver battery should be connected while setting the throttle.

Throttle position setting was done with RX battery ON

AFR is 100-100 ?

Throttle delay must be set to 0, and AFR & ATV set to 100 %
Everything back to normal.
