I have a UMS 7-77 glow radial that is 7 years old. It needs a replacement cylinder head and piston ring.

Any ideas where I might source the parts please?

Assuming you are on glow, are you using the collector ring ? ( EVO735114). This has a pressure nipple and could provide the extra pressure.

Block off the gaps in between the cylinders, leave about 1/16 around the pistons. Your exit for the warm air should be 3x the entry for the cooling air.

I think what the manual is trying to say is....you are trying to set at which points (on the throttle travel from idle ) the glow driver is on.

I ran my 7-77 a couple of weeks ago as it hadn't been run for a while. Did everything by the book as usual. Oiled the rockers and followers, drained the two lower cylinders....
